OPERATION HOPE FUNDRAISER RULES

 

 

AMAZON WISHLIST RAFFLE

*Donate household and pantry items to Operation Hope through the Operation Hope Amazon Wish List linked below. This promotion will take place for the entirety of the month: October 1st – October 31st. Items must be purchased through the Operation Hope Amazon Wishlist. Your purchase(s) must take place from October 1st – October 31st at 6:00pm. Must spend a minimum of $25. For every $25 donated, you will receive an entry to a raffle for exclusive whiskey that was generously donated. Every $25 spent equals one raffle ticket (e.g., $50 = two entries). The winners of the raffle will be announced after October 31st. Please note: You must email O.H.whiskeyfundraiser@gmail.com with your Amazon email confirmation receipt(s) to be officially entered into the raffle. Must be 21 years old or older to be eligible to win prizes. Decision of management is final.

 

SPECIALTY WHISKEY SILENT AUCTION

*On October 1st, we will introduce three lots of allocated whiskey when our doors open. Bids are accepted throughout the month in-person until 5pm on Sunday, October 27. We will gather at 5pm that night to finalize the winners.

 

REVERSE AUCTION

*We are pleased to offer ultra-premium whiskies in support of Operation Hope in a reverse auction fashion. Starting October 1, bidding for bottles will begin at their retail value plus an additional $3,100 (31 days in the month x 100$ per day). Every day the bottle is not purchased, it reduces by $100 until it is bought. , For example, Pappy VanWinkle 20yr will start at $3500 ($400 retail + $3100.00.) If it is not purchased on October 1, the price will be reduced to $3,400 on October 2. If it is not purchased October 2, the price will be reduced to $3,300 on October 3. The $100 daily price reduction will continue through the month until the bottle is purchased. The price difference from a bottle’s retail value is then donated to Operation Hope. Must be 21 years old or older to be eligible to win prizes. Decision of management is final.

 

RARE BOTTLE RELEASE

*For the month of October, we release a handful (15-30 of rare whiskey bottles in-person every Saturday when doors open at 8:00 am. These bottles are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis and we almost immediately sell out. Come early! (In the past, customers have been known to camp out overnight!) The prices are non negotiable. There will be no bidding. No participant will be eligible to purchase more than two bottles from this part of the promotion for the entirety of the promotion. Please note, these bottles are only able to be purchased in-person. There will be no “space holding”. Patience will be rewarded. If you leave the line, you go to the end!
